Switchfoot has been getting massive amounts of play during Saturday college football games! My brother let me know that they aired several clips of live Switchfoot footage and other fans tweeted about hearing We Are One Tonight, The Sound and Needle and Haystack Life. Football just got more interesting...
New Twitter posts! From Switchfoot: RT @TimForeman: Atlanta was fun, Lexington is next. And then... Latin America!! Excited? Definitely.

The guys played two shows over the weekend in Atlanta and Kentucky, and we've got the updates! Here is the setlist from the Atlanta show, courtesy of Rebecca: Needle and Haystack Life Mess of Me Stars Gone Your Love is A Song Dare You to Move The Sound [John M. Rebecca linked us to a fantastic video interview with the guys that was filmed back in April... great stuff, and the end is particularly funny! The guys answer some questions about each other, like "Who is the most likely to break into song at any given moment?" and "Who is the most likely to be found at Starbucks?" Find out the answer to those questions and more by watching the interview right HERE. (Thanks Rebecca!)
The latest issue of CCM included an article on Christian hipsters... and apparently being a Switchfoot fan defined one as Hipster from 1998-2004. (Thanks Susie!)
Here are some great photos from Jon and Drew's performance from a few weeks ago at x103.9:
In an interview with Lumino Magazine, the band Son of a Bad Mad talks about Lollapalooza, mentioning the guys: Any bands you’d like to see today? Switchfoot is going on right now, that would’ve been cool, but we’re listening and enjoying it.
